My car is being a pain in the ass a day before I take some friends to and from Des Moines.

The driver’s side heater is stuck full on, and the passenger’s side actually works properly. So I drove 30 minutes to another town to get a $140 part. I replaced said part in the parking lot. Same thing. I’m getting a bite to eat now to try swapping out some sensors. I’m going to cry if its the sensors, because they only cost ~$15.

COHERENT!

That’s the word.

I’ve got a couple things on my mind that I can’t make coherent enough to write about or quite figure out myself. They’re not big things, by any means, but I still feel them, I still know they’re there (their). There are a lot of things that I miss that I just haven’t experienced in a long time, and tonight reminded me of those things. Hell, this whole week has reminded me about some of those things.

OR this is me being tired…which is entirely possible too. Probable, actually. Because I’m pooped.

Saw Star Trek Into Darkness, and holy crap, great movie. I went with the girls from the office next to me and we ran into one of their coworkers there who just finished watching it. He wasn’t even out ten minutes from it and he got in line with us to see it again.

In other news…

I got a text from my mom…the title was “child porn.” Um. Wtf? So I do what any sane person would do; I opened her text. Inside was a picture of someone I was buddies with in high school for a few years. Yep, his mugshot. Not sure about the exact details, but one can only imagine. That was a text that truly stopped me in my tracks.

I have a few other things on my mind right now…none of which are really (crap…what’s the word? It means that I can’t put it into words, I can’t describe it, I can’t make it a complete thought with meaning and substance…and I want to say it starts with a “c”) *insert word here*, because of many reasons.

That word above is going to bother me…WHY HAVE YOU FAILED ME, BRAIN?!

Here are just a few. It was a crazy and hectic weekend. I had my family, my dad’s parents, and my mom’s uncle and his family. It was nice to have everyone together for the first time in a long time.

I now hold a B.S. in Management of Information Systems from the College of Business.
